Explore your future career ????We are looking for an intern to join the Community team in Brussels. In this role you will support our Senior Community Manager to boost our awareness and engagement on all our social media platforms in Belgium and in organising events for our freelancing community.Key Responsibilities ✨
  • Localize the global social media planning to fit the needs of the Belgium market
  • Write, schedule & publish all social media content for the Belgian LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Work together with the global social media manager and local communications manager to localize the content
  • Build a monthly reporting to develop insights on our social media performance
  • Support our Community Manager in the organisation of events for our freelancing community (e.g. photoshootings, afterworks, webinars, ...)
About You ????‍????
  • Last year Bachelor or Master student
  • Professional fluency in English and French
  • Agile with social media tools (Canva, social scheduling tool, ...)
  • Curious, creative and organized
  • Fluent in coordinating international projects and planning Independent, self-starting and result oriented - Malt interns don’t make coffee, they work on challenging projects and take responsibility for them
How to join the mission? ????
  • First call with Arno (Talent Manager Benelux) to better understand your background, aspirations and answer your questions (30 minutes)
  • Interview with Gaëlle (Community Manager) or Laura (Communications Manager) to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (45-60 minutes)
  • Business case to present to Malik to test your skills and competences (60 minutes)
  • ☎️ Your profile is validated in 48H and we welcome you on board in July 2023 for a 6 month internship !
