Motivated cook/kitchen assistant

Job description:

We are looking for a chef to give our guests the ultimate KFC experience. As a chef, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing KFC products in the kitchen according to prescribed procedures;
  • Marinating and preparing our fresh chicken products;
  • Ensuring sufficient production so that we always have fresh chicken products ready for our customers;
  • In doing so, you follow prescribed procedures to ensure that the authentic recipe is respected.
  • You handle stock consciously, ensuring a correct balance between sufficient availability and limited waste.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following (abbreviated as CHAMPS):

Cleanliness: You ensure order and cleanliness within the restaurant.

Hospitality: The customer experience is always paramount to you and your team.

Accuracy: You ensure punctual compliance with all procedures.

Maintenance: You ensure maintenance of the restaurant and take action where necessary.

Product Quality: You guarantee fresh, hot products. At all times, without exception.

Speed of Service: You provide fast and friendly customer service.

Job requirements

For the position of chef, it is not important to have experience in the hospitality industry. Of course, if you do have experience, that’s great! In addition to having a team player mentality, we expect you:
