A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING


1. Being an internal and external SPOC for 3PL-related communication:


  • Continuously challenge our suppliers to guarantee the required resources for a wide variety of budgeted or forecasted activities such as storage, handling, orderpicking and distribution.
  • Build a close relationship with the 3PL’s in order to realise win/win situations
  • Lead operational calls with the different suppliers and support quarterly business reviews.
- Represent 3PL within CCEP BeLux and manage proactive and reactive communication with key internal stakeholders: Transport, Deployment, Customer Service centre, Operations & Warehousing, Mid Term Planning, Short Term - Planning, Commercialisation, Customer Collaboration and Commercial up to Associate Director level


2. Focus on customer service, efficiency and cost:


  • Contribute to the customer service level (on-time, in-full) that meets the agreed KPI’s, follow-up and discuss supplier reporting on service level and request corrective actions from the 3PL
  • Monitor the way-of-working of the 3PL at all times, flag risks if not in line with CCEP standards and drive action from the 3PL in case of deviations (quality issues, service issues, safety towards our hauliers, etc)
  • Continuous improvement of the agreed processes and support projects in your area of responsibility with a focus on cost, efficiency and sustainability. Examples: Phase-in of new businesses/customers/materials, phase-out activities, new 3PL set-up, changes in Warehouse Management Systems, etc.
  • Support in delivering the Annual Business Plan by performing analysis on 3PL activity and propose cost optimisations
  • Validating and approving supplier invoices and creating Purchase Orders


3. Perfect execution of inventory management


  • Responsible for stockkeeping and inventory accuracy by ensuring that every movement is well registered into our systems. Lead inventory counts and solve differences with the 3PL
  • Extensive SAP knowledge (all movements impacting inventory and invoicing) and interface set-up required. First in line to solve failed EDI or API messages and other issues. Liaise with the IT department in case of major or recurring interface issues
