Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on M&A transactions, corporate finance, and restructuring.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex transactional agreements.
  • Provide strategic legal advice across a range of corporate matters.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams on innovative and high-value projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and offering tailored legal solutions.

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in Belgian law, with a specialization in Corporate/M&A.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in Corporate/M&A, preferably in a top-tier international or boutique law firm.
  • Fluent in Dutch, with proficiency in Englishand a good knowledge of French.
  • Pragmatic, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering top-quality legal solutions.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
