The Benelux & Nordics Region is recruiting for a Country Learning Manager, based in Brussels, overseeing a 7-country network with large geographical spread. The role involves frequent travel.
The main objective of the role is to design and deliver the learning path for the region with the objective of driving commercial and business performance and to enable retail teams to enhance client experience

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Coaching and learning at the heart of team performance
  • Develop and drive a culture of in-store coaching
  • Support retail performance management with developing concrete action plans for Mystery Shopping and VOICE results, to enhance the client experience
  • Drive key learning initiatives contributing to the culture of shop-floor focus and positive recognition
  • Manage and monitor the quality and impact of all in-store learning via follow up with Field Coach Trainers, maintaining an active shop floor presence to observe subsequent implementation and ensure true retention of learning
Learning development and delivery
  • Ensure proactive planning for consistent on-boarding, with proper follow up of each individual
  • Plan, deliver and evaluate Louis Vuitton retail learning programs
  • In collaboration with Merchandising, actively facilitate product training, including new launches
  • Partners with Central and Zone Learning teams in implementing, developing and assessing existing and new programs

Profil

  • Substantial previous Retail Management Experience, preferably in a luxury environment
  • Proven track record of coaching and managing
  • Strong command of English; knowledge of at least one regional language is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills
  • Capability to deliver feedback at any level in the organization
  • Trust and integrity when interacting with others, with well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills and ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment with moving priorities
