As a CRM Marketing Manager in within our Centres of Excellence, you will be part of a team responsible for maximising the value generated by CRM Marketing activities and achieving our very ambitious growth targets.

You will be responsible for creating industry-leading sales & marketing campaigns and journeys that leverage the power of the leading real-time marketing platform - Braze. Focussing on a specific journey or lifecycle phase, you are required to create automated journeys and marketing campaigns for all TUI source markets (UK, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark) to drive sales from holidays, experiences & extras. This will involve using all available channels (e.g. email, app push, in-app messages & content cards, SMS, etc) with a ‘design once, execute once’ approach.

About The Job
  • You put customer insights at the heart of everything you do and prepare briefs for relevant development and insight teams.
  • You are responsible for the contact strategy and the contact plan. You find your input in customer data and insights. You then define target groups on which you, base plans.
  • You are involved and responsible for the journeys, campaigns and activities.
  • You interrogate performance reports and analyses to understand key performance drivers, develop action plans to help optimise performance.
  • In the context of an overall KPI framework, update the overall commercial model, including current performance, drivers and planned initiatives, to forecast our performance.
  • You will also engage with key stakeholders to obtain their input and priorities to inform your thinking and plans.
  • You will be working together with a Senior CRM manager and a source market lead in a Centre of Excellence, each team have a focus on one of the following areas: base management, holiday inspiration, pre-departure, on holiday and post-holiday retention.

About You
  • Comfortable working in a large pan European business, where some travel will be required (subject to travel restrictions). Fluent in English; ability in other languages especially Dutch or German would be beneficial but by no means essential.
  • Relevant experience of developing data-driven and automated marketing and CRM programs, ideally in a multi-brand or multi-country environment.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with highly commercial, with ability to define, identify and prioritise high value initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to analyse complex data sets and draw action orientated conclusions.
  • Powerful communicator with excellent presentation skills and ability to clearly articulate ideas.
  • Proactive and self-driven, you’ll be confident working independently, but have strong team ethics.
