At Group level, the CSM Application Support Officer acts as interface between the Business (Commercial, I&S, PAM) and Business Technology department to preserve the business continuity. They are concrete support for front and back office agents, address and prioritize incidents.

At Group level, the CSM Application Support Officer acts as interface between the Business (Commercial, I&S, PAM) and Business Technology department to preserve the business continuity. They are concrete support for front and back office agents, address and prioritize incidents.


Your Role :

Problem Management :

First-aid and support to agents and key users, to identify and tackle issues emerging from the everyday activity, analysing and proposing workarounds.


Incident Management :

Overview and control the incidents life cycle when no workaround is possible.

Log and classify incidents, follow up the solution.

Prioritize in accordance with business and IT the solution.

Report to business about the progress and the resolution.

Ensure that SLA for incident management are fulfilled.


Knowledge Management :

Edit and maintain the User Manual.

Train agents on new features released


Your Profile :

Education: Master degree (Mathematics, Economics, IT) or strong equivalent experience

Experience: minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role

Knowledge and experience in back office workflows, support to agents, incidents management.
