Summary of Position:

Clinical Trials Logistics/Medical Labs/Healthcare European Centre of Excellence coordinates and supports new business from RFQ to post implementation for Healthcare customers.

The applicant must have high integrity and accountability standards and hands on mentality. A self-starter that possesses strong analytical skills and excellent problem solving techniques. Will provide leadership in developing and delivering cost effective solutions to continuously enhance organizational performance, control cost, and increase revenue. Travel could be required.

Responsibilities:

  • Governances UPS shipping applications (CampusShip, CTLMS ,..) for CTL.
  • Trains internal users and supports development of new corporate shipping applications.
  • Writes and maintains Special Operating Plans for CTL/Healthcare clients.
  • Publishes weekly, monthly internal KPI reports for CTL (e.g. End to End).
  • Coordinates Peak/Cut Back Operating plans for Marken and Critical Healthcare customers (including dry ice vendors).
  • Support third level escalations for Marken/CTL/Healthcare customers.
  • Seeks for process improvement opportunities in existing and new customer setups.
  • Supports and introduces new and existing technology for CTL customers where required.
  • Expose to and maintains knowledge of Dangerous Goods aspects of Clinical Trials/Medical Labs

Profile

  • Bachelor degree
  • Preferable Engineering, Solutions or Operations background / experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel/Access/Database skills (knowledge of SQL and VBA is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to clearly document processes (Operating Plans)
  • Self-starter with hands on mentality
  • Problem solver
  • Knowledge of SEAS, CampusShip, Worldship, Pira, QVM, Info Library, is a plus
