Role Description :

We are looking for an Operation Officer/ Call Center / Customer Service :

  • Handle incoming calls, questions and emails.
  • Ensure day-to-day contact with our end customers.
  • 1st point of contact for our customers.
  • Provide correct answers to our customers’ questions.
  • Ensure the correct dispatching to the various departments.
  • Inform the customer about the status of his request and the solution of his incident.
  • Ensure that internal procedures and tasks to be performed are carried out as defined in the work instructions.
  • Report recurring problems.
  • Provide support to colleagues to have a good impact on customer.

Required experience and knowledge :

  • A first experience in the domain is a plus
  • Interest in finance and banking (products)
  • You have a good knowledge of Office 365. Degree & Experience :
  • FR / NL required, EN is an asset.
