Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager located in Liège, with some work from home acceptable. As a Customer Success Manager, you will ensure customer satisfaction, build and maintain relationships with clients, and drive customer retention. Your day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, analyzing customer data to improve service, and collaborating with other departments to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Proficient in Customer Retention and Relationship Building
• Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret and utilize customer data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in the food retail or tech industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
