What will you be doing?

You are the face of our business to our customers. The service level you provide and the energy level you radiate, has a major impact on customers’ impression of Twegos.

  • Onboard new clients, make them familiar with our platforms and support first use
  • Manage communications and relationships with existing clients
  • Collaborate with our development team to establish system integrations or solve any technical issues
  • Identify current or future customer needs and customer service trends and collaborate with the Product Owner to continuously improve our platforms

What do you bring to the table?

  • A proactive, can-do attitude and problem-solving skills
  • A structured and planned approach to your work
  • Fluent Dutch and French
  • Experience with JIRA and or Hubspot is a plus
  • Creative and customer centric thinking
