What will you do as a Customer Success Representative?

✔️ You are very passionateabout the job and are the great helpline for your clients, always keeping a big smile on your face.

✔️ On-boarding: helping new clients set up and efficiently use our software.

✔️ Adoption: you know the drill. Keeping customers means maintaining regular contacts and offering the right solutions when there seems to be a problem.

✔️ Upselling: you know exactly which new sales opportunities could be interesting for your clients. Or you know how to create a need so the customer becomes interested….

✔️ Identifying improvement areas and participating in an open communication culture.

✔️ Master’s or bachelor’s degree with a passion for software.

✔️ You are result-oriented, a good communicator and therefore have great networking skills. When you talk, people listen. ‍

✔️ Eagerness to learn or a previous experience in a similar function is a big plus.

✔️ You are a real team player and the sun always starts to shine when you enter the office.

✔️ Your English is flawless. Notions of Dutch and French are a plus.
