Job Description

  • Ensure reliable data and safeguard an outstanding quality of client, markets and supplier data in the companies master databases:
  • Create and complete the necessary records in business systems and tools
  • Accurately follow documented work instructions to guide client and job creations through all compliance matters
  • Consult external databases to gather all information needed to complete client and job files
  • Contact internal clients to obtain relevant administrative information
  • Support finance, marketing and compliance activities and have a firm wide vision on the impact of data, respecting the needs and input of different stakeholders within our business.
  • Identify data discrepancies and define solutions for data improvements
  • Make sure that all Data Management procedures and activities are at all times completely and clearly documented
  • Act as a champion in data quality and accuracy, understand the importance of rigorously applying rules and identify solutions for escalated data quality incidents
  • Support on the Da Vinci project; data cleaning and data mapping

The Successful Applicant

  • First experience in data management is a plus
  • Analytical
  • Good communication skills
  • English speaking with good level of French or Dutch
  • Directly available
