In order to strengthen the Communications and Customer Engagement Unit of Animal Health Benelux, we are looking for Data & Technology Specialist.

Job description summary

As a Data & Technology Specialist, you are passionate about insights, data, new integrated technologies, and digital ecosystems. With your solid background, you support cross-functional teams on everything related to digital enablement, technologies, and data. You are constantly and quickly informed about new platforms, systems, tools and applications. You use your experience using analytical tools to support data analysis, reporting, and visualization, and you demonstrate the ability to work with tight deadlines for the completeness and validity of data.

You cooperate and assist the different teams, as well as train them. You combine local technological orchestration, as well as back-end developments. You have a broad base of technological understanding related to, among others, business applications, CRM projects and Veeva administration, aligned with the strategies of the business units of our company.

Your responsibilities:

• Understand and clarify business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technology solutions
• Analyze platforms and processes by understanding the issues and solutions related to current and future business and company needs
• Involve in the deployment, design and monitoring of integrated technology solutions and perform validation testing activities
• Serve as local and regional liaison to create and document solution designs, share experience and best practices and support improvement initiatives
• Educate, train and grow working knowledge across the organization for further adoption rates on tools and technology
• Manage and optimize technical aspects and streamline, automate and improve tools and systems
• Understand and clarify the business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions
• Monitor existing and future computing and data platforms and deploy integrated solutions
• Help develop the data structure and the processing of data to ensure the quality of the performance projections
• Compose audiences through selections within our CRM system to support our digital colleagues in reaching the right customer at the right moment
• Create manuals and give trainings to end users
