As Demand Planner Consumer Healthcare Belgium , you will be reporting directly into the Supply Chain Manager and will be responsible for maintaining and developing the demand planning process within the S&OP process.

Your responsibilities:

The demand planner is responsible for setting up the demand forecast per customer group. You’ll partner with key account managers, sales and marketing departments, finance, and the Northern Europe S&OP teams to create and maintain the demand plan and to drive the S&OP monthly cycle.

You will be required to organize and lead monthly S&OP meetings with key business stakeholders to get insights in the latest developments, to identify changes vs previous updates and to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Delivering best-in-class S&OP process and forecast accuracy are key deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field;
• 3-5 years’ experience in supply chain and demand planning preferably in FMCG or Healthcare industries.
• Experienced participation in S&OP processes.
• The ability to provide insights to the organization and identify gaps, key focus areas and decision needs during the S&OP process.
• Experience with APO
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English and French/Dutch.

• Able and willing to develop further in the organization.
• Good in building relationships within the team and key stakeholders.
• Results driven, very organized, able to structure activities, set priorities and stick to agreements within deadlines.
• Can work efficiently and effectively, also when under time pressure.
• Analytical mindset, able to analyse large amounts of data and make clear recommendations based on these numbers.
