Functie

Propose and implement digital solutions to create real, tangible value.
Create descriptive analysis to support in the driving of operational excellence.
Design processes and provide hands-on support in implementing and improving processes and tools.
Support continuous improvement of Delivery Service by identifying development opportunities and acting in line with the continuous improvement cycle.
Work in a leading role to develop and steer new digital solutions, systems/tools and processes (ie. Project Manager, SCRUM Master).
Work with technology and data modelling to enable a proactive approach in the delivery chain.
Continuous development in terms of exploration, productization and scaling of technical solutions.
Work with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.

Functie-eisen

University degree (MSc) in technology, business analytics, industrial engineering or similar.
Minimum 3 years of work experience in similar roles.
Professional experience with BI tools, data processing, analytics, and data modelling.
Experience of Supply Chain and Logistics.
Proven track-record of delivering fast results with iterative and agile working approach.
Good familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience with TMS, Control Tower concepts, E-commerce and Celonis are an advantage.
Fluent communication in English is required, other languages are an advantage.
