Join us in driving progress in the working world and beyond.Your journey with usWe are looking for an experienced Digital HR Senior Consultant to strengthen the team. In this role, you will use your knowledge of and experience in HR and HR Technologies to optimize business results and customer experience by developing the following activities:
  • Work with a diverse project team to help develop multi-year Digital HR Technology strategies while delivering superior results for your clients
  • Explore innovative solutions (e.g. Robotics & Intelligent Automation, People Analytics, Unified Engagement Platforms, Digital Workplace) to bring the full suite of Digital HR Technology capabilities to your clients
  • Apply Digital HR Technology trends and understanding how they can impact the way your clients deliver HR services
  • Engage with HR, HRIS, IT and Business Leaders to gather business requirements and map them to design features
  • Stay well-informed on current Human Capital leading practices and market trends
Let’s Talk About You
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, including client-facing consulting experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR domain/function & HR Technology with experience in at least one of the following areas: Digital HR strategy, road mapping, business cases, vendor selections, architecture
  • Intellectual curiosity combined with excellent analytical skills
  • Agile and creative mindset when problem solving and troubleshooting on client issues
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio)
  • You thrive in an international environment and are open to travel when needed
  • University degree with a background in engineering, IT, HR, economics or equivalent. A post-graduate degree is an asset
  • Fluent in English + French and/or Dutch. Additional languages are a plus
