Digital Marketing Manager

  • Digital Marketing Manager you are responsible for the management of digital projects from conception to completion. As Digital Marketing Manager, you are responsible for supervising all digital projects, working with the entire (Shopper) Marketing and Sales team and external partners (creative agencies and technology providers). You will be required to defend your projects to the Management Committee and to inform them of their progress on a regular basis.
  • Digital Marketing Manager must understand briefings, create project frameworks, negotiate where necessary and ensure that deadlines are met. You will assist the Brand and Product Managers in relaying their campaigns and products on the digital platforms (website, SEO/SEA, pydio, social media, newsletters...). You are also in charge of the implementation of e-commerce, the development of platforms and the formulation of best practices in this area.

  • Together with the Marketing Manager and the Marketing Director, you will define the marketing strategy for all Leonidas digital channels, namely: the website (for all countries), the e-commerce platforms, the brand pages in social media (facebook, instagram and linkedin) and SEA/O. And this for all target groups: B2C, B2B and HR. In doing so, you ensure quality and compliance with brand guidelines, messages and tone of voice.
  • Be the main point of contact for all internal requests for projects/programs and production/creative services in the field of digital marketing, identify internal and external needs and resources, and coordinate all external partners to deliver all digital projects to ensure a seamless consumer experience.
  • Implement the always on strategy defined in the digital marketing plan in social networks and Search.
  • Based on the objectives of the marketing strategy, define KPI’s, create monitoring dashboards for all channels, analyse the results and produce management summaries for the codi.
  • Coordinate with great precision the content of the website, taking into account content from various sources; continuously improve the website and propose optimisations based on the analyses. Anticipating trends to be always at the forefront in digital.
  • Developing, coordinating and analysing the e-commerce platform: defining the strategic objectives in line with the company strategy, selecting the right external partners, negotiating contracts and prices with these partners, implementing the solution at Leonidas, forming a working team and ensuring the follow-up and continuous improvement of the platform. A digital sales target is set each year.
  • Project management
  • Management of the internal sharing platform: Pydio and propose improvements; management of customer interactions on social networks via Zendesk and coordination of the team that responds to customers
  • Budget responsibility > 1 Mio€.
  • People management: possibility of ad hoc people management (internal) and coordination of 25+ people in external agencies
  • Regular contact with the CEO, N-1

Profile

  • Higher or university degree or related
  • Passionate by the digital world
  • 5 to 10 years experience in digital marketing and e-commerce
  • Knowledge of French, Dutch and English
  • Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Manager, SEO/SEA, Flowbox
  • Knowledge of HTML
  • Experience in agency management is required
  • Knowledge of budgeting and the use of creative tools such as Adobe Suite, CMS and DRUPAL
  • Agility and flexibility; ability to adapt to frequent and rapid changes
  • Enjoy working in a team
