The Purpose

The Digital Marketing Manager will determine opportunities and needs and drive on-floor, online and customer marketing strategies of the Levi’s brand with the whls.com-accounts AMAZON, NEXT, John Lewis to drive traffic and conversion in order to enhance profitability and high ROI of the marketing investment (for the Brand or for specific product segments) to bring seasonal campaigns and product campaigns to life in the marketplace by leveraging the brands assets, tools and templates and channel-specific funding to maximize our experiences. This role is customers and partner facing, it has to execute strategies and action plans to support the delivery of business results.

Strategic planning and driving the execution of market level (North Europe Cluster) Wholesale & Retail Marketing activities to drive traffic or conversion (70%)

  • Within allocated market plan, execute the wholesale marketing strategies with marketing departments on customer’s side
  • Work with the sales team to support the positioning of the accounts in the marketplace, and leverage marketing assets to meet targets, in line with positioning
  • Tracks and hindsight, monitor wholesale marketing KPI’s and identify local team needs, tools and resource requirements
  • Support briefing and alignment with brands on needs of Wholesale (Assets, tools, templates)
  • Provide input into briefing process for Brands Channel Marketing Asset & Tool needs
  • Ensure alignment of Wholesale Marketing messages in accounts to Consumer Marketing messages in market
  • Ensure channel Marketing calendar aligns with brands marketing calendar
  • Work with brand teams in market to partner on full execution of marketing
  • Work with Brand sell-in tools team to ensure tools executed in line with needs

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree-Business Administration or marketing-related field

Work Experience

  • Experience related to developing and executing all or a significant portion of the online customer marketing to drive traffic increase and conversion and other foundational competencies from apparel industry.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, including Performance Marketing for a fashion or lifestyle brand preferred
  • Strong relationship builder and team worker
  • Passionate about working with data and understanding it

  • Marketing ROI– Adept at a full range of marketing measurements tools to focus spending allocation and evaluating success. Demonstrates that executed programs build brand equity in addition to revenue increases
