Digital Product Owner

MAIN ACTIVITIES
  • Working together with the digital manager and growth hacker to support the digital growth with technical solutions
  • Improve Business Analysis and documentation of our requirements towards our development team
  • Understand, document and prioritize high-level business requirements
  • Create and agree to detailed business case documentation that shows how a project will benefit KitchenAid in terms of its ROI
  • Own and represent the digital business requirements across the organization.
  • Informing of the potential impact of requested changes
  • Working with the technical lead/architect, QA tester and development team throughout the lifecycle of each initiative, ensuring that requirements are delivered
  • Supporting the team’s agile ‘ceremonies’ and sprint ways of working, and also creating features, user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Support the testing phases by reviewing test cases and supporting the QA tester
  • Provide end user communications, so affected users understand changes to the business
We’d like to meet someone with
  • Experience working as a Senior Business Analyst, with eCommerce and/or retail environment experience
  • You’ve worked across the full lifecycle project in both structured and agile environments
  • Experience managing Technology and Business stakeholders
  • Business process modelling and management skills (preferably BPMN)
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Digital, Engineering and/or International Business
  • Digital experience is prefered
  • Consumer-oriented mindset
  • Experience in the development and implementation of concepts
  • Fluent in English, any other European language is an asset
  • Cross-functional team player
  • Strong sense of responsibility and autonomy
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile methodology
  • Motivated by cooking and home appliance world
