Which is our ideal colleague’s profile?

Has a strong interest in business analysisand product ownership and is capable of capturing requirements and help define solutions using technology to serve your client’s core business on the mid term
Has strong interpersonaland consultativeskills and is at ease facilitating interactions with clients and Product teams
Is familiar with fact-finding and is prepared to outline problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business
Has an interest in technology applied to business needs, ranging from cloud infrastructure and solutions to databases and web services
Knows how to persuasively communicate actionable recommendations to our clients at executive management level and the broader organization
Is fluent in English & Dutch or French
Knowledge of PowerBI, MSD, MS Azure, AWS, Tableau, Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud, Heroku is a plus
Salesforce certification (Consultant, Developer) is a plus

What will you be doing?

You will guide your clients to transform the way they do business in a digital world
You will perform business analysis in the context of implementation and rollout of business technology applications, interacting with your client to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities
You will have a vision of a product from the point of view of the customer: investigate and decompose business requirements and translate them in concrete use cases for application development and implementation
You will continuously monitor the progress of your Product team, identifying risks and changes in context and clarifying all questions with fact-finding
You will advocate for your client’s business goals, acting as a liaison between business and IT in front of your technical Agile team responsible for application development, implementation and rollout
You will help your team to keep focus on the transformation track, making sure to deliver what was planned, even when obstacles arise, in line with business priorities
You will navigate through complex and enriching transformation environments
