Reporting To The Director Of Quality Assurance, The EMEA Quality Director Sets Direction And Strategy For The Europe, Middle East, Africa Quality And Regulatory Compliance Team, Supporting The Following Business Units

  • Cardiac Arrhythmia (CRM)
  • Electrophysiology (EP)
  • Heart Failure (HF)
  • Neuromodulation (Neuro)
  • Structural Heart (SH – Legacy SJM Products)

He/she is responsible for the implement and maintain an effective quality system, compliant with:

  • Applicable regulatory requirements, including MDD/AIMDD/MDR
  • ISO 13485 requirements, where applicable
  • Business requirements
  • Global QMS Strategy and Direction

Who are you?

School Or University Qualifications

  • University degree
  • at least 8 years of experience with managing people
  • at least 10 years of experience as QA manager, responsible for a site
  • experience with continuous improvement of processes

Knowledge and skills (e.g. languages, PC, …)

  • Knowledge of English and preferable two other European languages
  • Knowledge of standard PC software, database and intranet systems
  • Experience with and knowledge of an ERP package
