Introduction

Our client, a top-tier Mechanical and Electrical contractor, is on the lookout for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a Hyperscale Data Centre project in Belgium. This is a hands-on role in Data Centre construction perfect for someone eager to work on cutting-edge projects. Plus, you’ll be part of a company with a diverse portfolio spanning Data Centres, Pharma, Healthcare, Education, Commercial, and Power Generation. What will I be doing?

  • Preparing method statements and risk assessments with the construction team.
  • Drafting reports, cost estimates, project schedules, material take-offs, and tender schedules.
  • Preparing and review technical and contract documents, analysing returned tenders.
  • Managing delivery schedules and monitor progress against the programme, issuing reports.
  • Coordinating with the Design team via RFIs, produce look-ahead programmes, and ensure quality control through inspections and snagging.

What do I need to succeed?

To succeed you’ll have a:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience with Data Centre projects? That’s a big plus!
  • Familiar with security systems, fire alarms, lighting, small power, ELV, and containment? Even better!
