Client:
Our client is an International Building & Engineering Contractor headquartered in Ireland.
The business has grown organically from being a traditional Mechanical & Electrical contractor to a pan-European Main Contractor providing building solutions across the industry to include Data Centres, Life Sciences, Commercial, Pharmaceutical & Industrial. Projects range in value from €30M to in excess €300M

Role:
They are now seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their fast paced collaborative team in Brussels. You will be responsible for designing, organising, leading, coordinating and controlling all tasks in relation to the construction of the Electrical project. The project is a hyper-scale new build datacentre.

Responsibilities:
Drive productivity by following weekly and daily work plans. Coordinate design work with team and subcontractors. Supervise the progress of all ongoing work. Ensure Quality and Safety measures are achieved and managed effectively. Monitor labour tracking sheets. Oversee and coordinate the Electrical installation of the project ongoing development. Engage with project stakeholders and the client. Liaise with design teams and subcontractors to ensure the project delivery is on time, on budget, and is in accordance with the scope. Lead project management and their subordinates.
