Electricity Senior Specialist

As Facilities Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for supporting all Belgium GSK Vaccines sites concerning technical troubleshooting, and hands on training based on industry best practices.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:

Job scope :

• Responsible for support of all technical matters related to electrical distribution installations, including but not limited to: HV (36-11kV), LV (0.4kV), emergency generators. (SME Network)
• Perform network calculations with softwares in use at GSK
• Advice projects partners about technical choices
• Ensure systems electrical legal conformity
• Ensure regular technical contact with MPU and TS Head.
• Ensure Electricity system and equipment understanding.
• Deploy Corporate Standards and promote Electrical Safety within Vx organisation.

Accountability:

• Drive specifications in its discipline

• Provide the technical expertise to resolve the complex technical issues experienced by MPU regarding technical installations in its discipline

• Design the systems in compliance with GMP, EHS, FDA, GSK requirements

Leadership :

• Lead and motivate empowered teams of contingents

• Recruit, train and motivate staff to ensure skill set meets current and future business demands providing technical coaching and training plans as required

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Engineering Degree/Master Engineering in Mechanical/ Civil /Electrical/Automation or large expertise in these domains

• 8 – 10 years’ experience in the required domain

• Broad knowledge of Electricity Technologies.

• Software Tr-Ciel / Elec Calc

• MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

• National electrical Code (RGIE)

• Electrical norms and standards

• “BA4-BT” and “BA5-BT” formally certified

• Expertise in cGMP

• Extensive knowledge of GSK Vaccines organization (QA-QC-Manufacturing-Regulatory-Validation)

• Good networking inside and outside GSK Vaccines in his discipline
