We are looking to strengthen our energy, resources and industries team with a business consultant understanding the data and insights driven revolution ongoing in the world of our energy, resources and industries clients. Deloitte teams are active on Sustainability, Digitalization, Decarbonization, Renewable Energy Transition, Flexibility, Smart Grids, Energy Efficiency, Customer Centric Business Models, … and the role of data in those transformational themes is critical.
You will:

• Identify & develop energy, resources and industries vertical specific consulting business opportunities; Lead on consulting and implementation missions to have an impact on our customers, our people and society;
• Contribute and take responsibility for the development of our industries vertical specific offering portfolio targeting our clients transformation challenges with a focus on the data and insights agenda;
• Grow our external network, become a thought leader and collaborate within Deloitte with other disciplines to enrich our offerings and provide value to clients helping them becoming future-confident.
  

Let’s talk about you

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Passion for energy, resources and industries vertical themes and ongoing transformation and want to excel in it. Leverage and further grow your industry network. You have had at least 5 years’ experience of working in one of the verticals preferably in a consulting role.
• Strong consulting and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex findings and analysis to a business audience.
• The Data & Insights Agenda in general are business context you have had at least 5 years’ experience of working in. You are familiar with Data Strategy, Data Management, AI & Cognitive, Data Integration, Data Platforms & Cloud, Data Visualization and their relevance from am industry perspective.
• Worked in a standard and agile project methodology environment. You are experienced in managing and leading a team.
• True willingness and ability to work as part of an integrated, enthusiastic and multi-disciplinary team.
• Open to work in an international environment and to work abroad if needed.
• Fluent in Dutch or French + English.
