Odoo is looking for one highly motivated and proactive Event Coordinator Intern to help us organize Odoo Experience, the largest event of the year.

As an Event Coordinator Intern, you will provide operational support with all the activities related to the organization of Odoo Experience. From managing the booths booking, to searching for creative ideas to make the event unique, your tasks will be very diversified. 70% of the job will rely on your organisational skills and the remaining 30% will give room to your creativity.

You’ll also be responsible for thepromotion of the event on different platforms. Our common goal -> get as many registrations as possible.

Ideally the internship would start around February. After it, we would love to hire you for a student job from August to beginning of October. You would see Odoo Experience live!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Help with the organization of Odoo Experience on all aspects
  • Create engaging content (website, massmails, FB posts,... )
  • Negotiate with providers
  • Follow-up with exhibitors
  • Communicate with the different departments

MUST HAVE:

  • Perfect written and spoken in English & French
  • Highly creative, autonomous, enthusiastic with a strong character
  • Solution-oriented and organizational skills
  • Can easily adapt to a changing environment
  • Work Permit for BE & Internship Agreement
  • Min. 3 months of internship starting in February & 2 months of student job in August and September

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (ideally in marketing, event or communication)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment with a hands-on attitude
  • Business mindset: attention to details, curious, rigorous
  • Good negotiation skills
