Your responsibilities

  • Answer and forward phone calls
  • Management of stock and ordering stationery
  • Responsible for facility management of the Finance Department
  • Being in contact with the in-house maintenance service
  • Manage the agenda’s and schedule meetings ( meeting rooms, check IT materials, …)
  • Travel arrangement
  • Arrange transport, for example. Order a taxi
  • Handling incoming and outcoming mail , for ex. pick up and deposit mail, draw up mails, filing them
  • Handling the documents which needs to be signed
  • Legislation and Apostille of documents
  • Ad hoc tasks

Your profile

  • First experience as a Personal Assistant or as an Administrive Support, preferably at a secretariat
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.
  • You are immediately available or quickly available
