Our client, a market leader in self-storage, is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their team. They have multiple locations including Brussels, as well as the option to telework from several countries. Their commitment to employee development and fun work climate is unmatched.
As Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring consistency and quality of data, analyzing past and current performance, and identifying trends and outliers in financial performance.
- Participating in the company’s investment properties valuation process and carrying out a detailed business control of store operations and head office departments.
- Providing management reporting and insightful business analysis for the profit and loss account.
- Contributing to the improvements of the business reporting systems and tools and standardizing and automating data gathering.
- Identifying and implementing new analysis methods and tools.
To qualify for this position, you should have:
- A master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics, or similar through experience.
- A 2-5 years of experience in Finance, Business Control and/or Reporting.
- Fluency in English, and good command of French and/or Dutch is considered as an asset.
- Affinity with ERP / IT / Programming.
