Financial Fraud Analyst {aka our Sherlock / Enola Holmes within Tobania}

• You are the First Point of Contact for victims and fraudsters, both by telephone and by e-mail.
• You are the Number 1 Investigator of reported frauds and responsible for carrying out audits on, for example, affected accounts and proxies, new accounts and standing orders.
• You analyse transactions, block accounts and cancel payments.
• You create fraud files yourself and perform the complete follow-up.

We’re looking for a real Sherlock, with a “Bond-way" of thinking and a Tobian attitude.

Besides this, you’ll increase your chances by:

• Studies: a Bachelor’s or Master degree is a must.
• Experience: a first internship or working experience within fraud would be just awesome.
• Personal interests: you’re a born problem-solver and eager to learn new methods.
• Languages: native in Dutch or French (with a very good knowledge of the other language), Morse code (just kidding).
• Strengths: customer-centric approach, analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
