As our FP&A Manager, you will oversee the Financial Planning & Analysis for our Group.
This pivotal role involves managing our budgeting & forecasting cycles, with a focus on enhancing their robustness continuously.
Beyond short-term planning, you’ll be pivotal in shaping mid and long-term strategies, including cash flow management and hedging policies.
Your responsibilities include monthly reporting for both internal and external stakeholders, collaborating closely with our business partners to enhance project profitability insights, and spearheading ad hoc financial initiatives.
Working within our Finance Team, you’ll closely collaborate with various Business Unit management teams, reporting directly to the Director of Finance & Legal.

Requirements

Your skills

You hold a Master’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
You possess 10-15 years of experience in Finance or Management Consulting.
Experience with M&A is advantageous.
You demonstrate a strong business acumen and adeptness in fostering trust with key stakeholders.
You’re capable of applying financial expertise to address intricate business challenges, effectively communicating financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
You display a proactive, hands-on approach to tasks and challenges.
You comprehend internal and external factors impacting business performance.
You exhibit confident communication skills, influencing senior management effectively.
You’re capable of leading challenging conversations with integrity and humility.
Fluency in English is required, with knowledge of Dutch or French considered a plus.
