YOUR ROLE
- You are responsible for the design of learning experiences from A to Z, using a variety of L&D methods and tools (blended learning approach).
- You work closely with the business to create impactful learning activities based on the identified skill needs.
- You take up the SPOC role for a division and collaborate with the division leadership to design learning solutions for technical (certification), safety, and soft skills.
- You support communication and change management of the learning journeys within the business division.
- You ensure that all training materials are available, and you follow the market to see if there are new tools.
- You make sure that the available trainings meet the needs of the business and initiate pilots.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have experience in designing effective learning journeys, using a blended approach for technical (certification), safety, and soft skills.
- You have solid experience in using an LMS (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) as an administrator.
- A solid experience in designing and creating e-learnings working as an instructional designer with one or more authoring tools is an asset.
- You like to take initiative and advise teams.
- You speak Dutch and French and you have a good understanding of English.
