About Our Client

This mission is for one of our clients located in Roeselare 4 to 5 days a week for one FTE.

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Payroll Expert. You will work with eblox and Protime. This is a varied job and you will also be in touch with the people of the team, but also all the staff members. You will act as a business partner. You will also be exposed to expats and mobility.

  • If you have not (yet) the relevant experience, our HR Manager will support you as he is a great mentor.
  • If you already have large experience, of course, he will let you work in full autonomy.


We are open to both junior or more senior payroll candidates. You must be immediately available, or very soon (max 2 weeks). We are now facing a shortage of candidates available in this area of expertise. For this reason, we have decided NOT to publish a complete job description, in order NOT to limit the number of applicants. Please, refer to the section "profile". If you read our other offers, you will see a copy paste of this one. This is normal : the same client is looking for 2 candidates in 2 different departments. The other role is more soft HR.


The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in payroll
  • Knowledge and the local Belgian social legislation
  • Operational working experience over Belgium
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Patience
  • Stress resistant

What’s on Offer

This assignment can start part time if you need to finish your current mission, but within one or two months, this mission absolutely needs to be 4 or 5 days per week. If you are able to jump in now full time or increase your number of days available soon, don’t hesitate to apply. Duration for the payroll position : until we find an employee for the same position, and until this person starts (after notice), with a possible handover.

Type of contract : free-lance ( interim management / contracting ), fixed term, or temp to perm
