About Our Client

We are presently seeking a Freelance Site Manager to oversee a construction project for our client, a leading company in renovation and refurbishment project management. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in construction, renovation, and refurbishment projects, along with a deep understanding of safety and environmental regulations. The Site Manager will be accountable for managing all aspects of the project and leading a team of 40 Industrial workers on site.

Job Description

Freelance Site Manager’s responsibilities will be:

  • Supervise all project flows from A to Z.
  • Manage and engage with 40 industrial workers on-site.
  • Ensure that all suppliers deliver the ordered products/services at the expected or lower cost.
  • Follow up on all suppliers to ensure a safe, environmentally friendly, efficient, and structural manner of delivery.
  • Optimize project costs and ensure timely completion of the project.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Manage project deadlines and ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Freelance Site Manager:

Requirements:

  • Experience in construction, renovation, and refurbishment projects.
  • Hands-on operational with good people management skills.
  • Analytical, organized, deadline orientated and task-driven.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of safety and environment regulations.
  • Fluent in Dutch and French.
  • Willing to work on-site 5/5.
  • Not available for remote work.
  • Location: East Flanders.
