  • Mentor and assist with training junior developers and off-shore developers
  • Help to grow our team and bring enterprise development practices to the table
  • Evaluate client business challenges and work with the team to arrive at the best-fit technology solution components
  • Design, document, and develop world class (web) applications leveraging the full spectrum of front-end and back-end technologies and cutting-edge design patterns
  • Collaborate with clients and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical requirements
  • Validate and document security requirements for all solutions
Let’s Talk About You
  • A Bachelor’s degree and 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience are required
  • 2+ Years experience with the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • 2+ Years experience with developing (web) applications with SOA, RESTful, and/or MVC architectures
  • 3+ Years experience with scripting languages (JavaScript (Node.js) / Python) and expertise in HTML, JavaScript, React, and CSS skills
  • 2+ Years development experience with a lower level language (Java or C#)
  • Basic DevOps experience (GIT, Scrum, Sprints, …)
  • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices for the full software development lifecycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build process, testing and operations
  • Full-Stack web application development experience
  • Good understanding of User Interface (UI) design
  • Experience mentoring and/or training junior developers
