What You Will Do 2) Support administratively the Company IT Leadership Teams with:
- Lead and coordinate global purchasing approvals, more specifically:
- Collecting the approval needs and information for approval decision: content, financials, etc
- Preparing and managing request reviews and approval sessions
- Coordinating with service provider for procurement services
- Supporting the approval process for transitional service change requests
- Supporting information collection for decision
- Supporting the approval and signatory process
- Logistic event support
- Meeting organisation
- Minute taking
- Specific project support
- Communication material creation
- Organisation and/or project management
- Purchase Order management
- Administrative support
- Organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise
- Strong redactional skills
- Autonomy
