As (Sr.) Supply
Chain Manager, you join our team of highly experienced supply chain
consultants and advise our clients with their most challenging questions. You
use your knowledge and experience to transform or optimize our clients’ supply
chain activities and processes into a source of competitive advantage.

You aspire
to become a leader in our firm, not only looking after successful project
delivery but as well driving business development and creating eminence in the
marketplace.

Examples of projects
are:

• End-to-end (technology-enabled) Supply Chain transformations,
  covering Plan-Source-Make-Deliver areas, from visioning to business
  requirements definition, tool selection if needed, process, organization
  and technology solution design, and all aspects of implementation


• Strategic Supply Chain diagnostics to define a vision, a business
  case and an improvement roadmap for the next 0,5 to 5 years


• Supply Network Planning study highlighting improvements and
  recommendations in order to best leverage the distribution network while
  decreasing working capital investment and increasing service levels


• Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) assessment and / or
  implementation


• Demand planning and forecasting improvement initiatives


• (Multi-echelon) inventory optimization studies and target
  calculations


• Warehousing and logistics vision and strategy but also improving
  operations


• (Smart) Manufacturing: from vision and strategy to OEE improvements


• Analysis and improvements identification over SC processes and beyond
  (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, ..)

In your role, you
will:

• Support actively business development activities and sales pursuits
  in Walloon region leveraging your actual network


• Support further development of existing propositions and (co-)create
  new value propositions fit for this market


• Lead and deliver client engagements in all its facets shaping supply
  chain excellence with multidisciplinary teams


• Ensure buy-in from client top management, and manage senior client
  and partner stakeholders to ensure project success


• As a Supply Chain expert and people-minded person, you are keen to
  share your passion, knowledge and insights with your team and coach junior
  colleagues to support them in their professional careers.

Operations team helps clients to manage and optimize supply-chain performance,
at a time of digital disruption that adds complexity, while offering a unique
opportunity for transformational productivity gains. Our services and solutions
empower end-to-end, data-driven redesign and digitization—revitalizing
manufacturing, logistics, distribution, product lifecycle management and
related supply-network functions across a wide range of industries.

Let’s talk about you

• Passionate about Supply Chain with a proven track record of helping
  clients in this domain in mid-market or at global companies


• Entrepreneurial mindset, with strong business development
  capabilities to make an impact in the Walloon region


• Proven experience in leading Supply Chain engagements for clients as
  part of a high-talent team


• An adept in identifying practical but also innovative ideas &
  solutions and, guiding a team to articulate and realize them under
  challenging deadlines with diverse and senior stakeholders


• Established leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment,
  problem-solving, and decision-making abilities


• Experience in building, mentoring and coaching a team of highly
  talented and motivated supply chain consultants


• A Master’s degree in Business/Civil Engineering or Economics and at
  least 7 years of consulting experience or relevant industry experience


• Having an APICS or other Supply Chain / Operations certificate is a
  plus


• Native in French and fluent in English
