What is the purpose of this role?

To structure and manage selected strategic projects within the Global Service Logistics organization to drive change and effectiveness of the business unit. Ensuring that the project is delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standard (within agreed specifications).

What are the key responsibilities?

Manage projects on behalf of or in support of other Network Operations function. To drive analysis, coordinate stakeholder engagement, act as challenge partner - e.g. development of process and tools implementation material, plans , support of site technology roadmap, performance dashboards.

Drive development of strategies / concepts to improve and standardize network operations. To set up and manage projects, gather information and analyse data to support design of global concepts, manage alignment of concepts with key stakeholders.

Champion project management good practices and act as coach to other parts of the of Network Operations organization business partners.

Communicate on project progress and achievements by preparing communication plans and material targeting project stakeholders, to senior management and the broader Network Operations community.

Ensure the project is effectively resourced and manages relationships with a wide range of groups (including all project contributors). The role will also take responsibility for the leadership of the business User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process for all global projects and liaise closely with the IT.

What do we need from you?

Experience of working within projects with strategic/ universal themes or strategic/management consulting is preferred

Exposure to large, complex organizations and working internationally with multiple cultures.

Strong analysis, structuring and problem solving skills

Ability to work independently and using your own initiative
