Graphic Designer - Digital

The digital designer will be our digital swiss knife; able to work on the visual design.

Your playground is our Digital ecosystem. You will work on web, email, Social Media to express a polished visual language with the appropriate look and feel to support the brand and content presented.

Working closely with the digital team, regional visual production and Marketing teams to gather voice and content to create delightful designs.

You should be able to understand complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible and consistent designs.

From taking part in the initial brainstorms to the delivery of assets for product launches and promotion, you will ensure that designs are consistent and aligned with the global guidelines.

You will envision how people experience our products and bring that vision to life in a way that feels inspired, refined and even magical.

Your goal will be to deliver designs that measurably improve the experience of our target users

• 3+ years of solid experience in digital/graphic design
• Methodological approach to design process
• Experience working with a design system
• Understands responsive design, mobile first
• Advanced skill with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.
• You have proven ability to collaborate and iterate with all members of an agile team
• You are detail oriented and a problem solver
• You are customer & result oriented
• Real-world experience in practical design of digital touchpoints (e.g. websites, emails, social media etc.)
• Basic HTML/CSS skills are a plus
• Video editing is a plus
• You can work with copywriters to merge copy with your designs.
• Flexibility, proactivity and focus on results
• Ability to function in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English; knowledge of any additional language(s) is a plus
• Excellent teamwork skills within a virtual, international team as well as within the wider Marketing Department

An online portfolio showing experience designing digital designs will be required. Submissions without a portfolio included will not be considered.
