We are a majority student company based in Gent with Restaurants and Hotels around Brussels, Gent and Mechelen, and we’re looking for great talents to join us!

For us Communication is Key and our main priority is to make our guests happy! We do this with the best food, the most beautiful surroundings, the best service and support!

How will you contribute to this fantastic story?

As "guest success hero" you will take care of the incoming calls, mails and all messages that come in through the different channels. You check what the questions are and do your utmost to help our guests in the best way possible.

A reservation, cancellation, change or request? You know what needs to be done! Moreover, our guests hear your smile through the phone. Fantastic!

Via the different softwares you make the correct input and you are in contact with our different offices.

Communication will always be in Dutch, English and French. Therefore, it is important that you can do all three well!
