Knauf Insulation is seeking for a Head of Commercial Excellence (M/F/D) to join its marketing team located at Knauf Insulation, Visé (Belgium).

Key Tasks

  • Single point of contact for the Knauf Group Commercial Organization, with a strong focus in the implementation of OneCRM and the Potential Driven Sales Approach
  • Support and consultancy of Regional Directors and Sub-Regional Change Owners in driving the Change and setting up a proper sales steering, KPIs, reporting, individual targets, etc..
  • Creation of awareness, understanding and driving of commercial processes and customer facing digital topics in the region
  • Using synergies within the region and across the region
  • Collection and validation of local improvement ideas (Change Owner Ideas)
  • Implementation of a regional OneCRM community (best practice and information sharing)
  • First Point of contact for the Sub-regional Change Owners
  • Proper implementation of all Commercial Transformation Projects
  • Coordination and management of the retrofitting of OneCRM major releases; review of the scope of the releases, focus on local impact and local adoption
  • Ensuring long-run success with GCO tools/products
  • Measuring effectiveness and if needed define countermeasures

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring regional adoption and engagement of the PDSA (Potential Driven Sales Approach) and ComEx initiatives (incl. OneCRM)
  • Coordination of all Commercial transformation initiatives within KI EMEA and the sequence of the roll-outs
  • Support and ensure cooperation between BUs on one market
  • Oversee and coordinate all transformation projects between different functional departments
  • Ensuring a regular executive alignment
  • Ensuring local resources

Required Experience

  • Business experience in various places in the organization, ideally in Sales
  • Working knowledge of different business models
  • Deep understanding of the commercial organization
  • Experience in strategic decision making
  • Experience in the implementation of a Global CRM system
  • Strong knowledge about Potential Driven Sales approach and the successful implementation

Required Skills

  • Project Management experience
  • Change management experience in the international environment
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Independent and responsible for delivering the results
  • Managing and monitoring the change process
  • Strategic and analytical thinking
  • Fluent in English
