Client Details

Description We are seeking a skilled Certified Compliance Advisor with a strong background in regulations and extensive experience in providing advisory support on compliance matters within the financial sector. The ideal candidate demonstrates expertise in guiding businesses on various compliance issues, particularly focusing on code of conduct and related regulatory frameworks. This will allow you to expand your skills, knowledge, and collaborate with your colleagues in an open environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize comprehensive knowledge of regulations to advise and support business units on compliance matters.
  • Provide guidance and consultation on code of conduct, regulatory compliance, and related policies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Develop and deliver compliance training programs to employees as needed.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization’s compliance framework.

Profiles


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in compliance, preferably within a bank, insurance company, or consulting firm.
  • Strong expertise in Compliance regulations and a comprehensive understanding of related compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to effectively advise on compliance matters, with a focus on code of conduct and ethical guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch(mandatory)
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
