Etex Finance

The Etex Finance Organization of Tomorrow has embarked on a transformation journey in line with the One Finance strategy. The future Finance organization will allow a focused approach to Business Partnering and Finance Business Services.

About the role

This role represents a unique opportunity to join the Etex group as Head of Finance Business Partnering for the Exteriors Division. This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and has a dotted line to the Head of the Division.

Key focus areas of responsibility:

• Commercial profitability
• Operations, in close cooperation with the Chief Manufacturing Officer and Chief Performance Officer teams
• Business overheads - managed by the division
• Challenge overheads not managed by the division
• Recurring Free Cash Flow (joint accountability with functions)

In this role you will

• Work closely with the division creating a real and active partnership with both operations and management
• Provide ’real-time’ support and analysis, and be a trusted advisor in financial decision making
• Actively influence day-to-day decisions, shaping strategy and the direction of the division
• Lead, coach and develop the divisional finance team
• Work closely with the Corporate Strategy department to identify future growth segments which could lead to accelerated organic growth or acquisitions
• Ensure local and country finance business partners assume full responsibility for P&Ls and Free Cash flow in liaising closely and coordinating with EBS and Finance Operations business partners
• Be commercially aware, understand and anticipate the needs of both operations and management while improving the financial performance of the division
• Analyse and interpret data, assess its value, and present them in a clear and concise way

About you

You will have demonstrable international experience at a senior business leadership level either as a Finance Director, Head of Finance, or Senior Finance Professional with significant financial management responsibility and strong people leadership skills.

• Proven experience of implementation and delivery of successful commercial strategies
• Experience in enhancing commercial profitability
• Comfortable leading a team and working in a complex multi-channel international environment
• Strong track record of driving performance, including building effective metrics and dashboards
• Strong analytical and core business skills incl. influencing, stakeholder management and presentation skills
• A well-developed sense of integrity and being prepared to stand up for these principles
• A collaborative and inspiring leader with executive presence, “tough” but fair.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• A strategic mindset and strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and influence key stakeholders
• Fluent in spoken and written English
