Vinetiq is a young and ambitious wine company active for both individuals and professionals. With its own boutique winery Valke Vleug, Vinetiq is not only a wine merchant, but also a winemaker. We are constantly looking for a slightly different approach to the well-known concept of a better Belgian wine merchant.

Valke Vleug Winery does not only include a vineyard, it is surrounded by a hedonistic framework of architecture by world renowned architect Vincent Van Duysen. Here, our guests can enjoy a unique private wine experience. For that, we are looking for a highly motivated Hospitality Professional.

• You receive the guests at Valke Vleug Winery with the requisite flair, finesse & conviction.
• You show them around the domain and tell our story with passion.
• You are the hostess and the point of contact during every event and you are also present at agreed times. This may be during the week or at the weekend.
• You will communicate with C-level guests in a professional and friendly manner, both at the domain and on the telephone.
• You will take care of the organisation of every wine experience from A to Z and you ensure a flawless execution.

• You have at least 3 years of experience in the better (top) gastronomy or hospitality sector and you know how to create an unforgettable guest experience during a visit to the domain.
• You have a warm heart and you value style and class.
• Knowledge of wine and affinity with the wine world is a plus.
• You do not settle for a job half done, you have an eye for detail and a solution-oriented mentality. With your eye for aesthetics and cleanliness, you always dot all the i’s and cross the t’s.
• You are a master at working independently. You can follow up and complete an event from opening to closing.
• You are also a great team player. You will become part of our marketing & hospitality team, where you will work in duo with our other Valke Vleug host and will be guided by our Hospitality Manager.
• You report to our Head of Marketing & Hospitality.
• You are perfectly fluent in Dutch, English and French.
