We are currently seeking for an HR Business Partner for our partner in the animation sector located in Zaventem.As part of an international group, you will join a newly created entity located in Zaventem, focused on providing the best quality of service and performances to their customers. As HR Business Partner, you will report directly to the top management. Your role? You are the corner stone internally for all employees, unions and have the responsibility to re-establish the dialogue, the trust and the good practices in the company. You will overview hard and soft HR topics with a more strategical approach.The HR Business Partner Will
  • Overview payroll activities.
  • Drive compensation & benefits policies.
  • Be the SPOC for specific topics and unions representative.
  • Pilot the change management.
  • Work on various projects.
  • At least 2 years ‘experience in a similar position ideally.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology or social law.
  • Bilingual in Dutch, professional in English and a good level of French is a most.
  • Team player, strong communication skills, diplomatic and strategical approach.
