Damovo Northern Region is looking for a motivated and dynamic full- or part-time HR Generalist to support line managers and employees in Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Sweden and Finland.

Key responsibilities
  • You are responsible for the recruitment process
  • You ensure that the recruitment needs of the organisation are met and that a qualitative influx of candidates is guaranteed
  • You take care of onboarding new colleagues, giving them a warm welcome and providing them with all the necessary information to get started
  • You are responsible to make sure the payroll of all our Northern countries is taken care of
  • You are the first point of contact regarding HR topics for all the employees
  • You guard the correct application of the HR-policy
  • You are responsible for maintaining and optimizing the existing management systems and HR tools.
  • You are part of a global HR team and work on global projects and initiatives
Experience and skills we are looking for
  • You bring 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR or People related jobs
  • You are dynamic, creative and have a positive attitude
  • Accuracy and attention to details come natural to you
  • Knowledge of SD Worx Eblox is a plus
  • You love to engage and communicate with people, and you are empathetic
  • You have excellent organization and planning skills and can efficiently manage tasks and time
  • You are highly motivated and eager to learn on a daily basis
  • You are trilingual (Dutch, French and English)
