Internship Period: Dec 2023 - May 2024

As a growing business, we are looking for a high potential HR student with strong analytical and social skills, who is ambitious and ready to make an impact. That’s where you come in.

In this internship, you’ll also have the opportunity to:

• Have a good understanding of what it means (and what it takes) to be part of a rapidly expanding international company
• Research on social law and HR topics, applicable to our company, to broaden your knowledge
• Compare and adjust all HR documents according to your gained knowledge and experience
• Support the HR team in the upcoming social elections
• Get tested on and develop your communication skills while working with different employees, internal stakeholders and the team
• Possibility to help out at in our HR admin team
• Help out in other ongoing HR projects

Here are the skills and experience we need from you:

• Currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in either an Human Resources, Communications or Psychology with a interest in HR
• Organised, creative, great attention to detail, and highly motivated
• Strong communication and people skills
• Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken), French (spoken) is a plus
• A fun, smart and open-minded individual who enjoys working in an international multi-cultural environment
• Available full-time for a period of 3 to 6 months
