About The Role
As an HR Manager, you implement and design Avient’s human resources services, policies, and programs. In close cooperation with your colleagues,you collaborate with the Business Units in supporting decision making processes, impacting the results of the organization by recruiting, retaining, rewarding, and developing the industry’s best talents. This position assists in decision-making processes and positively impacts the results of the organization by recruiting, retaining, rewarding, and developing the industry’s best talent in a manner that is cost-efficient and compliant. This is a full time position and is your entry into an exciting career path in the world of Avient.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
- Connecting with managers and employees for their general inquiries.
- Manage the recruitment process and lead onboarding activities for business unit hires
- Drive HR policies and programs implementation for existing and new employees in the business units located at the sites Louvain-La-Neuve, Assesse, Leeuwarden and Pommerloch.
- Process data in our HR information systems, e.g. salary and wage administration, health and welfare benefits inquiries, retirement plan inquiries, recruitment, HR information systems, payroll/time and attendance recording, organizational development and training plans and ensuring high quality.
- Creating statistics, reports and presentations to enable HR Management and Business in decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelors-Human Resources or equivalent - Essential
- Masters-Human Resources or equivalent - Desired
- Essential 10 Years Minimum in:
- Human Resources

- Very good knowledge about Belgian labour regulations and laws
