Who we are?

TRS Staffing Solutions is a part of Fluor Group, and we are responsible for Project Sourcing of all Fluor projects. In Belgium the focus lies on LTSAs (Long Term Service Agreements) and EPCM projects in the Oil, Gas, Energy, Food, and Pharma sectors. Who are we looking for?
  • PA2 level – preferably with a technical background
  • VCA VOL certification
  • Min. 5 years of experience in similar positions (construction-related projects)
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical sector is a plus
  • Knowledge of Belgian HSE law
  • Knowledge of French (mandatory) and English
What will you do?
  • Implementation of the HSE philosophy on-site
  • Conceptual design of HSE systems and integration of HSE rules in the general technical design
  • Coordination and preparation of HSE-related documents for permits and licenses
  • Facilitating of HSE review sessions
  • Preparation of toolboxes and attending to those
  • Advising the project director and other MT members concerning the labor environment
  • Educate your co-workers towards designing the work plans
  • Organizing, planning and reporting workspace inspections
  • Perform internal audits
  • Frequently give safety instructions to personnel. Guidance in behavioral adjustments concerning HSE
  • Safety onboarding of new employees or temporary workers
  • Keep HSE reports up to date
