Job Description
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) work unit is responsible for how users within an organization are given an identity - and how it is protected, including saving critical applications, data and systems from unauthorized access while managing the identities and access rights of people both inside and outside the organization.
The IT service engineer Identity & Access Management will be responsible for creating accounts to support all Benelux users. This would include Active Directory, Broker support, VPN support and HR identity management DB and Mainframe accounts. The IT service engineer will work closely with the Business Office, Information Security Officer and other IAM analysts.
This position facilitates identity and access management. The position is liable for ensuring that customer requests for security access are completed in a timely manner, provides second level technical support to the project team, end users and OIT functional groups. This position will perform ticket management and participate in regular team meetings.

Job Description

- Drive continuous improvement on Identity & Access Management activities (pro-active problem management) on all layers (people – process – tools)
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or educational equivalent, in computer science or information technology field
- Fluent in English, working knowledge of Dutch and French (working proficiency)
- Five years of work experience in Identity & Access management in an enterprise environment
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with a broad range of users that are both technical and non-technical including internal and external suppliers.
- Effectively using interpersonal and communications skills including tact and diplomacy.
- Communicating effectively through oral and written communications.
- Work independently and in a team.
- Hands –on and solution oriented.
The ideal candidate for the position has the following knowledge:
- Mainframe (interesting learning, not obliged)
- Cisco VPN systems
- Active Directory (DFS, GPO)
- ServiceNow
- Azure
- PowerShell
